You must be qualified to practice as a lawyer in the EU.

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer to work from our London or Brussels office. The role will initially be based in London with the potential for relocation to Brussels. You will be a qualified lawyer in the EU, ideally in Belgium or France, with experience and knowledge of EU immigration law. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work between London and Brussels, and to be involved in generating and creating new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Extensive knowledge of EU immigration law
  • EU inbound immigration routes including Schengen visa applications, Irish FBR and Passport applications
  • Drafting in French
  • Working knowledge of legal proceedings before the Belgian or French courts
  • Knowledge of the Refugee convention, and European and International human rights law (desirable)

  • Written and spoken fluency in French and English
  • Excellent drafting ability
  • Outstanding knowledge of immigration law and the industry as a whole
  • Must be able to advise, internally and externally, across all areas of EU immigration law
  • Excellent client management and customer care skills
