Job Introduction
We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration lawyer to join our UK Inbound Immigration team. The successful candidate will work on their own caseload with minimal supervision, and be willing to support the team with business development and growth. Previous experience in corporate immigration is essential.
Main Responsibilities
Knowledge
- Immigration law and the industry as a whole (essential)
- Practical experience dealing with all aspects of Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility applications and sponsor licence management
- Sound knowledge on all corporate immigration policies and practice
- Understanding and awareness of the requirements of private client immigration routes.

Qualifications
A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 3 to 7 years’ experience in corporate immigration law.
Key Role Outcomes
Applications. Providing advice and guidance on Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility applications, sponsor licence applications and sponsor compliance. Ability to manage and coordinate your own caseload and demonstrate experience of high-profile client account management.
Training and Development. Deliver technical expertise and guidance to other team members. Assist with the delivery of appropriate training and development within the department. Fulfil a responsibility of self-development.
Professionalism. Deputise for other members of the team in their absence, passing urgent and complex issues to the head of department for guidance. Ensure that all the firm’s procedures are adhered to including anti-money laundering and KYC compliance, file opening, complaints, and accounts procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Corporate Immigration Solicitor with at least 3 – 7 years’ PQE. You will be a high-energy, can-do individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. You must be a strong team player able to work across several disciplines, and work well with a variety of stakeholders.
