We’re expanding our Naval Division Team. GHENOVA is looking to hire New Engineering Graduates for our office in Bristol:
- Outfitting
- Structures
- Electrical Systems
We will provide professional training alongside our team from day one. We are looking for people who are eager to begin and grow their professional careers, specifically within the naval sector.
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Developing basic steel structural drawings.
- Creating 3D designs of piping/structural systems and equipment layout based on the interpretation of diagrams and basic engineering information.
- Producing 3D models of blocks to obtain drawings for the assigned block, generating the sketches and nesting required for cutting.
- Performing routing, 3D modeling, and generating documentation for the manufacturing and assembly of piping and equipment.
- Interpreting single-line diagrams.
- Positioning, supporting, and supplying electrical equipment in a 3D model.
- Preparing construction drawings.
- Electrical routing and connection.
What do you need to join the team?
- Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Naval, Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical.
- Knowledge on any of the following software will be valued: SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Inventor, Autocad, Tribon, Smartplan, SmartMarine, PDMS, PDS, Cadmatic, Aveva Marine, ShipConstructor, or Foran.
- Experience in detailed engineering projects in any of the areas mentioned above will be valued.
