JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving Retail Performance:
- Hit and exceed individual and counter sales goals and KPIs.
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a personalised and welcoming experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or retail.
- Proven track record of hitting commercial targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas and a flair for spotting opportunities.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
- Passion for beauty, spa, or wellness (experience of working in these industries is preferred but not essential).
