We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Enablement team, playing a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how projects are executed across the business. You will work across business and technology teams to drive progress, clarify requirements and ensure changes are delivered effectively. You will also play a key role in keeping initiatives moving—connecting stakeholders, managing priorities, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
What you will do
- Coordinate and manage improvement initiatives through established change processes
- Facilitate discussions and run working sessions with key stakeholders across the business
- Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives
- Support the capture and refinement of business requirements
- Analyse change impacts and contribute to practical improvement strategies
- Track progress and report on outcomes and effectiveness
- Maintain and update delivery system artefacts (e.g. intranet and process documentation)
- Work closely with Information Services to enable delivery of technology and process changes
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience in project management roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills—comfortable engaging a range of stakeholders
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and SharePoint
- Experience supporting system or technology-driven change
- Exposure to process improvement, business process management, or similar frameworks
