GHD Advisory group has a phenomenal opportunity for an Executive Advisor to lead, support and drive forward our Business Transformation services in a diverse range of sectors from Rail and Highways to Telecoms and Future Energy. Experience or a passion in pursuing economic and community improvements in infrastructure is key.
Your responsibilities will vary across the entire project lifecycle, and you will be expected to get involved in, and take ownership of, internal team initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead a varied range of innovative projects focused on transformation and organisational change, supporting the growth of our clients and delivering complex transformation programmes and helping build our capability to deliver extraordinary outcomes for our clients.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the development, analysis, evolution and implementation of Business Transformation strategies, integrating leading thinking and aligning these to client demands and other GHD Service Offerings.
- Leverage your skills and experience in securing a pipeline of work to grow GHD Advisory’s presence in the market delivering meaningful change to clients and society.
- Lead client discussions to understand their unique challenges, shaping solutions to meet these challenges and leveraging our in-house expertise.
- Lead the development of opportunities and proposals with clients including developing commercial sound pricing and staffing models.
- Act as a trusted advisor and actively contribute in thought leadership as an industry leader.
- Adopt new perspectives to identify solutions without the benefit of defined procedures.
- Contribute to the group’s business plan and contribute to the technical delivery of projects specific to Business Transformation.
About you:
- You are a leader in Business Transformation with an extensive and proven track record in driving change across multiple sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- You are an effective collaborator and communicator who can work well with a range of clients.
- You have an open, inclusive, collaborative working style and understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- You’re an analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable chunks, can analyse information, identify patterns, and evaluate potential solutions systematically.
- Team management experience.

- Experience working on projects that cross into multiple disciplines and industries.
