Global Ecommerce Trading Executive Leeds Office Ecommerce Full time Permanent General

This position plays a key role in supporting day to day management of local market trading plans and maintaining operational efficiency of the global ecommerce team.

Taking full ownership of promotions and discounting you will train and develop local markets in their knowledge and proficiency in this area. You will support ghd ecommerce teams both locally and internationally to execute campaigns and product launches to the highest standard whilst maintaining optimal trading performance.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Support local and global teams with vital website management and trading administration.
• Support the Senior Global Trading Manager to deliver the global trading strategy for upcoming campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Support the Senior Global Trading Manager with the day-to-day management of global .com performance, ensuring we are consistently tracking key metrics and performance vs target at market and category level.
• Coordinate and manage the global trading calendar, ensuring adequate support and cross-team collaboration for seamless global and local activations.
• Ownership & Super Users of the promotion’s engine, working closely with product managers on any promotion / discount enhancements, testing, support, and new functionality.
• Supporting local markets using back-office systems by becoming technically proficient, and a super-user across promotions, discounts and effective at troubleshooting in these areas.
• Consistently optimize processes to create operational efficiencies both within the global team and local markets and support in their delivery . creating how-to guides, conducting Q&A sessions with local markets.
• Support the day-to-day management of specific third party suppliers to ensure timely market briefing for new campaigns, offers and changes to any brand visual
