JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs across your territory.
- Lead monthly business reviews with salon accounts, using performance data to drive improvements.
- Maximise time management and minimise business costs through strategic journey planning.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across styling tools, products, and services.
- Collaborate with education and marketing teams to activate campaigns and boost retail conversion.
New Business Development & Territory Expansion
- Identify, prospect, and secure new salon partnerships aligned with brand standards.
- Deliver compelling pitches and commercial proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Present compelling commercial proposals and product demonstrations.
- Execute territory growth plans based on market insights, competitor activity, and brand strategy.
Relationship Management & Brand Advocacy
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing salon accounts, focusing on understanding their business goals, challenges, and growth potential.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide coaching to elevate performance.
- Build trusted relationships with salon owners, stylists, and educators.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, regional events, and salon activations.
Revenue & Commercial Growth
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across salon accounts.
- Maximise sell-in and sell-out performance through tailored business plans.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities across styling tools, accessories, and retail programs.
Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs including revenue, new account acquisition, average order value, and retention.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
- Provide weekly updates and strategic insights to leadership.
REQUIRMENTS
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or regional management. Experience in the spa, hair, beauty, or wellness sector would be desirable.
- Proven success in winning and launching new business partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder with a passion for premium beauty and styling.
- Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Proficient in CRM systems and performance reporting.
