We are seeking premium brand ambassadors to join us in our mission to transform lives through the power of a good hair day during our peak season and beyond. As we continue to deliver game-changing innovation and superior premium customer service & experiences.
Location: This dynamic role gives you the opportunity to work across a select number of high-street stores within the specified area. Don’t worry—we’ll share the details of your store locations and schedule during your interview, so you’ll know exactly where you’ll be making magic happen!
Contracted Weekly Hours: Maximum of 40 hours per week, which may on occasion flex to a minimum of 16 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business.

What does the role involve?
Customer Experience and Demonstration: Confidence in getting hands-on with our styling tools, delivering an exceptional experience through sharing product knowledge and getting to know your customers. Creating moments of theatre and fun in-store, they ensure every interaction is memorable and leave customers excited about their new tool.
Sales:Actively engage with customers not only at the counter but throughout the store during quieter moments. We’re looking for someone who can wow customers, seamlessly guide them through the sales journey, and close the sale in a way that feels natural—never a hard sell.
Counter Management:Ensure the visual and luxury presentation of the retail concession is always maintained to the highest standard and in line with brand guidelines.
