What does the role involve?
- Customer Experience and Demonstration: Share ghd’s history and expert product knowledge confidently, creating engaging in-store experiences. Ensure customers purchase the best tools for them with exceptional service.
- Sales: Actively engage with customers through effective product demonstrations and seek opportunities to drive sales.
- Counter Management: Maintain the visual and luxury presentation of the retail concession to the highest standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Support your Regional Manager and team to grow the brand, and engage with retailer opportunities for local activations and events, ensuring ghd remains the brand of choice.
