We are seeking a Project Delivery AI and Knowledge Lead to design and implement a structured knowledge management model that captures, curates and leverages lessons learned and critical insights to enhance project delivery across GHD. In this role, you will own the Project Delivery knowledge management framework, defining priorities and focus areas for how Artificial Intelligence is applied to improve project outcomes and capability. Working in close partnership with Information Services as our technology advisor, you will translate these priorities into a coordinated program of work and act as the ongoing Product Owner for solutions developed through this initiative.
What You Will Do
- Partner with knowledge management stakeholders across GHD to develop an aligned approach for capturing insights from projects and progressively building robust knowledge bases.
- Act as the Knowledge Manager for the Project Delivery function, overseeing the curation, structure and maintenance of the knowledge repository.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to identify and shape opportunities for applying AI across Project Delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements to support solution scoping, design and implementation.
- Collaborate with the Project Delivery Enablement team and broader function to align priorities, dependencies and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technology partners.
- Monitor progress against milestones and intervene where required to ensure successful delivery.
