We’re looking for a commercially astute Beauty Advisor to join our team. This role involves being the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and driving sales through engaging experiences.
Hours per week: 16 hours
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Hit and exceed individual and counter sales goals and KPIs
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a personalised and welcoming experience
- Build authentic relationships in-store to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Promote upcoming events, offers, and brand activations
- Create buzz through engaging in-store experiences
- Cross-sell and up-sell across the product range
- Organise and participate in promotional activities
- Offer expert tips and techniques to meet individual beauty needs
- Create your own in-store events to generate excitement and drive traffic
Elevating the Customer Experience
- Deliver tailored consultations and product demonstrations

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or retail
- Proven track record of hitting commercial targets

- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
