GHB Clinic is a modern, highly rated aesthetic and laser clinic located in the heart of Covent Garden. We specialise in advanced skin and laser treatments, including CO2 laser resurfacing, PicoWay laser, acne and scarring treatments, pigmentation, and non-surgical facial aesthetics.

We are a growing clinic with a strong reputation for patient care, results‑driven treatments, and a friendly, supportive team environment. As we expand, we are looking to hire two full‑time Receptionists to join our front‑of‑house team.

The Role

This is a key customer‑facing role and often the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, bookings, and daily clinic flow while providing a warm, professional experience for every client.

This is a fast‑paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask confidently, and remains calm under pressure.

This is a full‑time position. Saturday availability is required on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage check‑in and check‑out
• Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries
• Manage bookings and maintain an accurate clinic schedule
• Provide pre‑ and post‑appointment information to clients
• Support practitioners and coordinate daily clinic operations
• Take payments and update client records
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
• Assist with light client follow‑up and general communication

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, warm, and confident communication style
• Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
• Organised, reliable, and detail‑focused
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable using booking systems, WhatsApp, and email
• Fast learner with good tech skills

Preferred (but not essential)

• Reception or front‑of‑house experience in an aesthetic, skin, laser, dental, or medical clinic
• Experience in luxury customer service (spa, salon, hotel, premium retail)

Hours & Location

• Full‑time role
• Clinic operates Monday – Saturday
• Some Saturday shifts required (rotational)
• Location: Covent Garden, London (WC2)
• Work location: In person
