We are on the hunt for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our #GhandaGang.
- Guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week

Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager
A day in the life:
- Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
- In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
- Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management

- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team — You will be your team’s number 1 hype person and your Store Manager’s right hand!
- Strong alignment with our brand and organisational values
- A can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and natural leadership skills
- A desire to bring their personal best to every shift and get the best out of others
