A day in the life:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
