We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our client's dynamic team as an Administration Assistant. This exciting role will involve providing support for the global administration of training events, ensuring seamless operations before, during, and after each event.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in data processing and event management tasks while interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, including venue staff, trainers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and Data Processing: Manage course bookings and event data on the company’s event management system.
- Event Creation and Coordination: Create and manage training events on our event management portal, maintaining accurate delegate registers.
- Training Material Management: Order and pack training materials, coordinate with third-party suppliers for delivery.
- Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries on course availability and liaise with both clients and internal teams.
- Virtual Classroom Setup: Build Cloud Classroom (virtual classroom) sessions as required.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with delegates, bookers, venue staff, internal technical support, and trainers.
- Event Calendar Management: Update and maintain the company event calendar.
- Private Event Bookings: Work closely with other teams to facilitate private event bookings.

Preferable Experience:
- Experience with shipping (domestic and international)
- Event coordination or administration experience
