About the role:

Inside Ideas Group is looking for a passionate and strategic Community Manager to join our client's team. This is not just a role; it’s an opportunity to shape the online presence of a world-renowned brand. You will play a vital role in positioning the client as a bold, innovative, and culturally relevant leader across social media platforms. In this role, you’ll actively engage with our online community, crafting comments and replies that spark conversations and strengthen our connection with audiences. Beyond engagement, you’ll collaborate with the creative team to identify and execute innovative opportunities that elevate the client brand’s presence and impact online.

What you will be doing:

  • Community Engagement: Manage and grow the client’s online community by actively engaging with audiences across social media platforms. Craft thoughtful, strategic, and on-brand responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Brand Positioning: Build and maintain the client’s reputation as a culturally relevant and engaging brand. Ensure our voice is consistent, authentic, and impactful.
  • Opportunity Spotting: Monitor social trends, conversations, and viral moments to identify opportunities for the client to join, create, or lead online conversations.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to bring fresh ideas for campaigns, posts, and real-time content opportunities to life.
  • Insights & Feedback: Share audience insights and feedback with the team to shape content strategies and ensure alignment with community needs and expectations.
