What you'll do:

  • As the first AWS Partner Development Manager in EMEA, you will be responsible for driving a positive co-selling experience between New Relic and the AWS sales teams in a role that requires a mix of strategic planning and execution.

  • The ideal candidate will be a hunter, a pipeline builder, and be passionate about sales engagement with AWS sales representatives.
  • You will have presence, structure to operate with impact, and build senior-level relationships to pivot our posture with AWS.
  • You will be able to handle change and be resilient to a business unit that is in a period of growth.
  • You will be an expert at building and executing ‘the power of 3’ sales plays to take to AWS and will team with the regional Partner Management team to create these propositions and take them to market.

  • Proactively identifying and resolving friction points in the co-selling process for a smooth experience.
  • Coordinating technical enablement with Solution Consulting teams and identifying joint opportunities for enablement and evangelism.
  • Championing the AWS alliance and best practices internally to increase collaboration and maximize revenue growth.
  • Leading cross-functionally to execute the wider business strategy and adhere to New Relic values.
