After training, you will work night shifts with a 20% uplift, setting up and operating 5-axis diamond turning machines to meet strict tolerances and surface finishes.
You'll interpret drawings, select tooling, perform first-off and in-process inspections, and support continuous improvement with engineering and metrology teams.
