About the Role:
Are you an experienced electrical engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
- Computer literate
- Client facing skills to communicate with the client
- Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance
Package & Benefits:

Requirements:
- Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum)
- Previous experience as a time-served engineer
- 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment
- Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification
