An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of engineering maintenance to a high profile commercial office tower in the City of London, on behalf of a leading managing agent. You will have direct operational responsibility for a large facilities engineering team, including engineers and managers, who deliver mechanical and electrical maintenance as well as projects within the landlord areas of the building. You will focus on compliance, lifecycle management, and energy efficiency, as well as client relationship management.

Requirements as Technical Services Manager:

  • Extensive experience managing large engineering teams within commercial towers of over 20 floors.
  • Qualified in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline, ideally to a UK recognised Level 4 (HND).
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects and asset lifecycles.
  • 5+ years in facilities engineering.
