Talent Acquisition Partner | GH Engage | London

Build a business. Not just a hiring function.

November 2024, we were an 18 person business with huge ambition...

  • Fast forward 18 months and we're now
  • 50+ people . Our US business has grown from

0 to 25 consultants , we've broken our monthly deals and NFI records multiple times , launched our first

  • Graduate Academy , and announced expansion into
  • Bromley, Nottingham and New York , alongside new
  • Consumer Markets ,

Life Sciences and Industrial brands.

Safe to say... we're not slowing down.

As much as I'd love to fill every role, take all the credit and keep all the commission myself... I'm going to need some help!

The Opportunity

This isn't a Talent Acquisition role where you'll simply fill vacancies.

You’ll play a key role in helping build teams, launch new offices, grow specialist brands and shape the future of

GH Engage.

From experienced recruiter hiring through to Graduate Academy intakes, you’ll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to influence how our

TA function evolves as the business continues to scale.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Ideally has experience hiring experienced agency recruiters. Academy/ Grad focus also works.
  • Enjoys building relationships and identifying top talent.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high growth environments.
  • Wants ownership, autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact.
  • Is excited by building something rather than simply maintaining it.
  • Wants to represent a strong brand with an enviable offering for consultants.

Experience recruiting across multiple offices, brands or international markets would be a real advantage, but attitude, ambition and the ability to attract exceptional people matter most.

Why GH Engage?

You’ll be joining a business that’s investing heavily in growth, with

  • Industry leading commission and competitive salary bandings.
  • Outstanding L&D led by proven top performers.
  • Direct access to an owner who still leads from the front.
  • Genuine progression and future ownership of key areas such as Academies, regions, brands or international hiring.
  • A culture built around high performance, collaboration and enjoying the journey.

If you want to help build teams, shape a function, influence hiring strategy and look back in a few years and say, "I helped build that," we’d love to speak with you.

The foundations are built.

Now we’re accelerating. Reach out directly to Danny. rowe@ghengage. com for more info.
