GH Engage is partnering with a leading MEP Contractor who has recently secured a flagship mixed use design & build scheme in the London Bridge region which is valued in excess of £40 million MEP. Currently in pre-construction, my client is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor who has been involved in either commercial, healthcare or residential projects upwards of £20 million M&E who has the hunger to progress into Commercial Management and lead a major project in London.
- Proven aptitude for strategic client engagement, with the ability to cultivate long-term, commercially valuable stakeholder networks.
- Demonstrates the confidence and adaptability to excel in situations and embrace scope beyond their immediate comfort zone.
- Established record of delivering flagship MEP schemes (circa £20m+) within tier-one or large-scale project environments, consistently meeting programme, commercial, and quality objectives.
