This position would suit an ambitious individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion, whilst leading site teams and ensuring successful delivery across programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E Building Services sector.
  • A proven history of delivering mechanical packages on large-scale commercial, data centre, healthcare, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery, consisting of design coordination, procurement, programme management, commissioning, and client handover.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, supply chain, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to monitor project performance, identify risks, and drive successful outcomes.
