Base pay range
A market leading M&E building services contractor is currently recruiting a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, in conjunction with several major commercial office projects due to commence in the coming months. The business provides complete M&E design, project delivery and aftercare services to the commercial office, industrial, hotel & leisure and healthcare sectors while working in partnership with several leading blue chip main contractors & end users. This career opportunity will offer exposure to some of London’s most exciting construction projects, while working with a forward-thinking employer offering both long term career progression & industry leading remuneration.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the successful financial delivery of flagship M&E projects, through controlling costs, progressing monthly valuations and managing variations/ project changes.
- Liaise with all project team members including client, design consultant and subcontractors.
- Review site measurements, programme, and work in progress reviews.
- Prepare monthly valuations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure payments are received, as per agreed contract conditions.

Qualifications/ Education
