Package: Competitive Base + Commission + Equity Potential

GH Engage is a privately owned headhunting agency, founded in 2019, with a sharp focus on Mission Critical, Data Centre, Civil, M&E and FM sectors across the UK, EU, and US. Since launch, we’ve built a reputation on quality over volume, grown to nearly 40+ exceptional consultants, and partnered with some of the most ambitious names in the built environment globally. Now, we’re entering our next phase – and we’re looking for someone bold enough to help lead it.

The Role:

  • Launching and leading GH Engage’s Manchester presence from the ground up.
  • Hiring, mentoring and building a high-performing team around you.
  • Developing and nurturing key client relationships across mission critical/construction and related sectors (US market ideally).
  • Driving strategic growth with a view to equity and real “skin in the game.”
  • Being a cultural torchbearer – leading by example and delivering to our standards of excellence.

Who You Are:

  • A proven 360 recruiter with a track record in construction, technical, or data centre markets (US IDEAL).
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and ready for a role that offers more than just a desk.
  • A natural leader – someone who can inspire, grow a team, and lead from the front.
  • You want ownership, not just oversight.
  • You want to help build, not just bill.

What’s on the Table:

  • True autonomy – own and shape a region, not just a patch.
  • Fast-track leadership in a business that’s scaling by demand, not design.
  • Long-term equity potential – we mean it when we say “skin in the game.”
  • Backing from a proven leadership team and the support to make it happen.

If you’re ready to take everything you’ve learned and build something of your own – with the support of an already successful agency behind you – we want to talk. If you are passionate, goal-driven and want to work for a company where you will make a difference and have a real impact, please reach out to Danny Rowe in the Talent Acquisition team.
