We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Junior Recruiters/ Delivery Consultant to provide a first-class recruitment service to our diverse client-base, supporting candidates through the interview process, and ultimately matching the right candidate with the right job.

GH Engage specialise in the recruitment of professionals within the Facilities management, M&E, Data Centres, White Collar and main contracting sectors. We have established PSL agreements with a diverse client base including end(1)users, service providers, developers, major building contractors and reputable M&E contractors. Industries covered include commercial, education, data, healthcare, retail, transport, mixed-use and residential sectors. We generate a steady stream of live vacancies, meaning that we are able to offer our candidates a diverse range of opportunities, enabling them to find the right role at the right organisation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Identifying skilled talent in our chosen markets find new opportunities on a global scale- UK/EMEA/US
- Telephone screening and qualifying candidate suitability for roles. Pitching relevant roles and opportunities.
- Using Linkedin to connect and build a network consisting of relevant industry candidates and potential client contacts.
- Managing the full candidate side of the interview process from “cradle to grave”. Ensuring all interviews are confirmed and co-ordinated correctly, candidate feedback is taken as well as delivering and negotiating offers of employment.
- Producing job adverts for relevant platforms

- An individual who ideally has worked in a 180/360 capacity for 6-11 months in any commercial/ niche market.
