We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Revit Technician to join a well-established building services engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models and coordinated drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality MEP models and drawings using Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Support engineers in developing coordinated building services layouts, resolving clashes, and ensuring seamless integration between disciplines.
  • Prepare detailed construction and installation drawings, schematics, and schedules.
  • Maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards in line with company workflows.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings with project engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct clash detection and work closely with the BIM team to resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in delivering BIM Level 2 requirements, including model updates, documentation, and data integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an MEP Revit Technician within building services or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM workflows.
  • Experience working on live projects across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
  • Solid understanding of building services systems and construction processes.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and coordination requirements.
