Mechanical Shift Leader | City of London | up to £65,500/annum | 14 Month Fixed-Term-Contract *Exceptional client-side benefits (listed below). – Commercial Building Maintenance – Continental Shift Pattern (days & nights) Are you a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working within business-critical environments? Due to contract expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Critical Maintenance Supervisor to work within a high-end corporate/critical premises within the City of London carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance within a team of engineers. This role is working on a day and night shift basis. There is no call out on the contract but there is available paid overtime. Duties: Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties. AHUs/FCUs (coil cleans, filter changes, belt changes), boiler resets, chiller checks, heat exchangers, pressurisation units, booster sets, cooling towers, expansion valves, basic water treatment, CRAC units, VAV/VRV, BMS monitoring, temperature changes, general fabric/plumbing works when required. Abide by health and safety regulations. Updating on-site logbooks/compliance. Escorting sub-contractors, reviewing risk assessments, and issuing permits. Liaising with clientele within the premises.
