GH Engage is growing at a serious pace. In the last 12 months we've broken our own records for deals and revenue, expanded into new markets, launched new divisions, acquired our first US office in New York, and are opening a brand-new office in Bromley.

Now we're looking for someone to tell that story.

You'll have complete ownership of our marketing strategy, reporting directly into our Founder, with the freedom, trust and backing to bring ideas to life. No red tape. No endless sign-off processes. If you've got an idea that will elevate the GH Engage brand, we'll back you to make it happen.

We want someone who's obsessed with creating content that people actually engage with. Someone who wants to challenge the norm, build a recognisable brand, generate leads, attract talent and make GH Engage impossible to ignore.

What you'll own

• Build and execute the marketing strategy across the GH Engage group.
• Own our employer brand and make us the recruitment business people want to work for.
• Create compelling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, video, email and our website.
• Work directly with the Founder and leadership team to launch new brands, divisions and campaigns.
• Generate leads through creative campaigns and targeted marketing activity.
• Measure campaign performance, analyse data and continuously improve results.
• Support recruitment marketing through engaging job adverts, social media and candidate attraction campaigns.
• Help shape the public perception of GH Engage as we continue our ambitious growth journey.
