We’re looking for an experienced FMCG Recruitment specialist to build and shape a new market offering within our Consumer Markets practice. This is not a “plug into an existing structure” role, it’s a genuine build opportunity with the backing, momentum, and investment to make it succeed quickly.
The Opportunity
Over the past 18 months, we’ve seen significant growth and increasing market recognition. As part of our next phase, we’re launching a dedicated Consumer markets capability, including FMCG, and we’re looking for someone to lead it.
You’ll have the autonomy to define the proposition, go to market in a way that plays to your strengths, and build a team around you at pace. This is a chance to create something meaningful, not inherit constraints.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and launch our FMCG offering within Consumer Markets
- Define the go-to-market strategy aligned to your expertise and network
- Lead client development and delivery
- Build and scale a team around you, based on demand and your vision
- Partner closely with owner to ensure the right investment and support
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment background in FMCG, ideally at Principal, Managing Consultant, or Team Lead level
- A strong network and credibility within FMCG
- Someone who enjoys building - propositions, teams, and client relationships
- Likely currently in an organisation where progression or autonomy feels limited
- Commercially minded, but pragmatic about what it takes to build something from the ground up
Why This Role
- Real autonomy - shape the role, the offering, and the team
- Backing from a leadership team committed to investing in the space
- The ability to move quickly and build without layers of bureaucracy
- A brand that’s gaining traction and recognition for its growth and delivery
- A chance to step out of a defined track and create your own
This role will suit someone who sees the ceiling in their current environment and is ready to build something of their own, with the support to make it happen and a comms scheme that genuinely makes it worthwhile.
If that sounds like you, apply or send CV to Danny Rowe.
