GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Facilities Engineer to join an established engineering team at a high-profile commercial site in South West London.
Location: South West London
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
Vacancy Overview
You will be responsible for maintaining the site’s HVAC and mechanical building services, completing planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring the building remains compliant and operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical systems
- Maintain AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, pumps and associated plant
- Complete compliance checks and update maintenance records
- Liaise directly with the client and specialist subcontractors
- Support the wider facilities engineering team when required
Requirements
- Strong HVAC and building services maintenance experience
- Experience working within commercial facilities
- Confident with fault-finding and reactive maintenance
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
