GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking a Technical Manager with High Voltage experience to be based at a state-of-the-art commercial building in the City of London.

Building a team on a brand new client site, you will lead the delivery of electrical and mechanical maintenance, including mission critical engineering and projects.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.

Duties as Technical Manager:

  • Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of a multi-tenanted commercial building.
  • Management of a small engineering and administrative team.
  • Managing sub-contractors; answering client queries & complaints.
  • Computer literacy & timely communication.

Technical Manager - Requirements:

  • Management experience; Electrical level 3 or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering management (electrical/mechanical).
  • Monday to Friday; Car park - motorbike access.
  • LVAP training provided.
  • Overtime available.
  • Private Medical Insurance – Inc Dental, Optical and audio.
  • Auto Enrolment Pension.
  • 25 days annual leave.
