As SHE Advisor, you'll provide expert guidance and leadership to operational teams, ensuring safety remains at the forefront of everything we do. Working closely with regional stakeholders, you'll help drive continuous improvement, compliance, engagement and performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing SHE leadership and support across regional operations
  • Conducting proactive and reactive workplace inspections
  • Supporting investigations and incident reporting processes
  • Monitoring and reporting SHE performance metrics
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and SHE campaigns
  • Supporting supply chain SHE reviews and performance improvement
  • Assisting bid teams with SHE input for tenders and PQQ submissions
  • Supporting site-based SHE Advisors and regional operational teams

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven SHE experience within Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and industry best practice
  • Understanding of ISO 45001 / Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
