An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Engineering / Senior Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of engineering maintenance to a high profile commercial office tower in the City of London, on behalf of a leading service provider.
You will have direct operational responsibility for a large team, including engineers and managers, who deliver mechanical and electrical maintenance as well as projects within the landlord and tenant areas.
Extensive experience managing large engineering teams within commercial towers of over 20 floors is required.
Qualifications:
- Qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline, ideally to a UK recognised Level 4 (HND).
- Demonstrable experience managing projects and asset lifecycles.
Able to commute 5 days per week to the City of London.
Discretionary bonus and ~25 days annual leave.
