Critical Shift Engineer | City of London | £57,500 package | Commercial Building Maintenance Continental Shift Pattern (days & nights | 7-7) Are you a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working within business-critical environments? Due to contract expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Critical Maintenance Engineer to work within a high-end corporate/critical premises within the City of London carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance within a team of engineers. This role is working on a day and night shift basis. There is no call out on the contract but there is available paid overtime. Duties: Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties. Electrical fault finding, wiring, 3-phase power supply, HV / LV switching, UPS, HV transformers, generator tests, control panels, switchboards, induction motors, sockets, circuits, ballasts, lamps, emergency lights, pumps, AHUs/FCUs (coil cleans, filter changes, belt changes), boiler resets, chiller checks, heat exchangers, pressurisation units, booster sets, cooling towers, expansion valves, basic water treatment, CRAC units, VAV/VRV, BMS monitoring, temperature changes, general fabric/plumbing works when required. Abide by health and safety regulations. Updating on-site logbooks/compliance. Liaising with clientele within the premises.
