We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our building services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and oversight of mechanical systems across residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for residential and commercial buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Produce detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD and BIM tools.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure integrated project delivery.
