Key requirements: Proven experience working as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E Building Services sector. A strong track record preparing competitive tenders for large-scale commercial, data centre, healthcare, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments. Experience reviewing tender documentation, specifications, drawings, and client requirements to produce accurate and commercially viable cost estimates. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, supply chain partners, and internal delivery teams.
