Health And Safety Advisor in City of London, London

As SHE Advisor, you'll provide expert guidance and leadership to operational teams, ensuring safety remains at the forefront of everything we do. Working closely with regional stakeholders, you'll help drive continuous improvement, compliance, engagement and performance across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include : ✔ Providing SHE leadership and support across regional operatio ns✔ Conducting proactive and reactive workplace inspectio ns✔ Supporting investigations and incident reporting process es✔ Monitoring and reporting SHE performance metri cs✔ Driving continuous improvement initiatives and SHE campaig ns✔ Supporting supply chain SHE reviews and performance improveme nt✔ Assisting bid teams with SHE input for tenders and PQQ submissio ns✔ Supporting site-based SHE Advisors and regional operational tea ms About You We're looking for someone with proven SHE experience within Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing environments who is passionate about creating safer workpla ces.
