As GH Engage continues its rapid growth, we're opening our brand-new Bromley office and looking for an ambitious L&D / Performance Coach to help shape the next generation of recruiters.

Initially, you'll work closely alongside our Group L&D Manager, Jackson.

If you know the recruitment industry, there's every chance you'll already know his reputation.

A former top billing recruiter himself, Jackson has become one of the most respected and credible performance coaches in the industry, helping consultants maximise performance, build confidence and consistently raise the bar.

Take ownership of our Academy programme in Bromley.

You'll coach, mentor and develop graduate recruiters through their first months in the business, helping turn potential into performance while learning our proven training methodology.

From there, you'll continue to develop into a broader performance coaching role, supporting experienced consultants and future leaders as the office grows.

  • Deliver and own our Bromley Academy programme.
  • Coach graduates through their onboarding, development and progression.
  • Work alongside our Group L&D Manager to learn and develop our training framework.
  • Support consultants with performance, mindset, business development and recruitment best practice.
  • Help create a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Play a key role in building one of the most successful recruitment offices in the South East.
