Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Academy – September Intake 2026

Start your career in recruitment properly this September. GH Engage is a privately owned headhunting agency, founded in 2019, with a sharp focus on Mission Critical, Data Centre, M&E and FM sectors across the UK, EU, and US. Since launch, we’ve built a reputation on quality over volume, grown to nearly ~ 50 exceptional consultants, and partnered with some of the most ambitious names in the built environment globally.

We’ve just wrapped our First Ever Trainee academy which ran between April- June. 10 Seats = 7 graduates including 1 early graduation in under 2 months. That’s not by chance. It’s down to how we train, who we bring in, and the standards we set from day one. And now we’re looking for up to 10 more ambitious trainees to start their journey in September.

What makes this different? You’ll be trained directly by a former top-billing recruitment consultant and manager of high-performing teams. Somebody who has:

  • Run HUNDREDS of trainee academies over the years
  • Produced consistent billers
  • Developed recruiters who now run their own businesses

This isn’t theory. It’s proven, repeatable training that works.

The environment at GH Engage: We take what we do and the opportunity here seriously, but not ourselves. Expect:

  • A high-performance culture without the corporate restrictions
  • A hands-on Owner and Founder who leads the way as the Top Biller as well as activity output most weeks
  • Competitive, social, and ambitious colleagues
  • A company operating with drive and purpose, looking to grow, expand, disrupt the industry and develop the best talent internally
  • Proper incentives, nights out, and memories created along the way

Who actually does well here? Not necessarily the “perfect CV”. We tend to see strong performers come from:

  • Hands-on roles (hospitality, labouring, coaching, sales)
  • People who are competitive, resilient, and don’t shy away from hard work

If you’ve got a bit of edge about you- you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll get:

  • Structured academy training from day one
  • Clear progression based on performance
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • A team you’ll actually enjoy being around

Ready to go? We’re keeping this intake tight. Capped at 10 spots. If you want to be part of the next group, apply via LinkedIn or drop me a message directly or email me your CV – danny.rowe@ghengage.com
