GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to be based in the City of London. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.
Duties as Engineering Supervisor:
- Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of a small commercial building.
- Single-man site.
- Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders.
- Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
- Computer literacy & timely communication.
Engineering Supervisor - Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).
- Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
- Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Engineering qualifications; Electrical level 3 or equivalent.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to £60,000
- Call out (£75/week)
- Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
- Car park - motorbike access.
- LVAP training provided.
- Overtime available.

- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days after years of service).
