About the Role:

Are you a skilled AC Engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Building Services company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
  • Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
  • Maintain AHUs and FCUs
  • Splits/multi-splits
  • VRV/VAV/VRF

Package & Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £46,000
  • Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card Provided (For Personal Use)
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Overtime Available
  • Full company uniform

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
  • F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
  • 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
