My client are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to be based in their offices in Reigate in Surrey.
Main Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team and Scheduling Engineers for work.
- Manage and update maintenance schedules, contractor records, and compliance documentation.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices/PPMS.
- Coordinate site access for contractors and visitors.
- Log and track facilities requests, ensuring timely completion of works.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company procedures.
- Support with health & safety documentation and audits.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a facilities, property, or maintenance environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
