Mobile Multiskilled Engineer – FM Service Provider – Central London/ M25 Corridor – up to £50,000 Are you a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a Growing Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Central London/ M25 Corridor has arisen. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to work on across a portfolio of buildings within the Central London and a few sites in the M25 corridor. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and be happy to commute within the M25 corridor. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer or AC/HVAC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical + HVAC + Air conditioning systems. In return the company are offering a salary up to £50,000 with overtime and a Van + Fuel card provided. Key Duties & Responsibilities: PPM\’s and Reactive works HVAC Maintenance AHU\’s, FCU\’s and Chillers Plumbing maintenance Carrying out maintenance on VRV\’s/VRF\’s Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Updating site log books Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks Supervising Sub-Contractors Call out of 1 in 5 Required Skills: AC and Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or Mechanical Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ F-GAS is Essential Working experience in a Mechanical/HVAC or Building Services environment Other preferable skills: Basic Electrical and basic Plumbing. Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
