Salary: Up to £44,000 + Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use)

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- PPMs
- Reactives
- Remedials
- AHU’s / FCU’s
- HVAC
- Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented
- Manage planned and unplanned electrical work
- Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose
- Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times
- Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client
Package & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary of up to £44,000
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
- Van & Fuel Card Provided (Option for personal use)
- Travel by Mileage – Equates to around £10,000 yearly on top of salary

Requirements
- Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience
- MUST HAVE 17th or 18th edition
- 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
