We are seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise personal daily mechanical and electrical work.
- Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests.
- Fix faults on site or arrange for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.
- Make schedule checks.
- Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
- Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
- Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
- Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
- Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £43,500
- Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Requirements:
- Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.

- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
