I'm recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor for a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a project starting in April in the city with an M&E of £40 million.

The Role: This is a site-based lead role on high profile residential and commercial projects. You'll be driving the mechanical programme, managing subbies, and ensuring the design works in practice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily lead for all mechanical trades and site labour.
  • Solving on-site clashes, snagging works, and creating digital markups.
  • Writing/reviewing RAMS and leading daily safe start briefings.
  • Overseeing the final push to project handover.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working on major-scale London projects (£20 - £40 million).
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and plant rooms.
