A leading Tier One M&E contractor, renowned for delivering complex, high-value projects across Central London, is currently seeking a BIM Manager. This is a strategic role, supporting projects in the commercial office, pharmaceutical, critical services, and high-end residential sectors. With ongoing and upcoming projects valued between £15-50 million MEP, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business at the forefront of digital construction.

Responsibilities / Skills & Experience:
- Lead BIM implementation across a portfolio of M&E projects
- Manage BIM deliverables from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinate closely with design teams, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
- Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Oversee model federation, clash detection, and issue resolution
- Ensure models and associated data comply with ISO 19650 and client standards
- Train and support internal teams on BIM processes and best practices
- Act as the main point of contact for all digital construction activities
- Manage and maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms
- Support integration of 4D and 5D workflows into project delivery
