Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Up to £48,000 Basic Salary + Extensive Training Provided

About the Role: Are you an experienced electrical supervisor ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified lead engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
  • Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
  • Computer literate
  • Client facing skills to communicate with the client
  • Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance

Package & Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £48,000
  • Training Provided
  • Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Large amounts of Overtime Available

Requirements:

  • Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum)
  • Previous experience as a time-served lead or supervisor
  • 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment
  • Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification
